All sales are final — we do not accept returns or refunds on standard orders. However, if your item is defective or you notice a defect we missed, email clear photos to info@footballerzkicks.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will review your case. All goods are thoroughly inspected before dispatch, so every claim is carefully investigated. If a return is approved for a faulty item, it must be sent back within 48 hours of delivery in its original, undamaged packaging using a tracked carrier of your choice. We cannot accept CODs or packages marked "Bill Recipient." Items that have been worn outside or personalised cannot be returned or refunded.

In many cases we can resolve the issue using photos alone without you needing to return the item, though we may request it if needed. Please note we are not always able to process claims using images alone — we will let you know if we need the item back.

If the order has already been confirmed, processed, or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If goods have already shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of return or retrieval. Any non-personalised cancelled items must be returned unused, in resaleable condition, with original packaging intact.
